Princess Partnerships Group Program Terms and Conditions
Dated July 22, 2024
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for group cruises booked through the Princess Partnerships Group Program (the “Program”) provided by Open Network Exchange Inc (“ONE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) set forth a legally binding agreement between us and the purchaser (“purchaser,” “you” or “your”) who purchases group cruises through the Program. Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as well as all terms and conditions and policies and procedures supplied by Princess Cruises, Ltd. (“Princess”). All bookings for a Princess cruise or cruisetour are subject to the terms of Princess’ standard Passage Contract: https://www.princess.com/legal/passage_contract/ (“Passage Contract”).
In some instances, both these Terms and Conditions and separate guidelines, rules, or terms of service, setting forth additional or different terms and/or conditions will apply to your use of the Program (in each such instance, and collectively, “Additional Terms”). For example, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, any other promotion we offer as part of the Program or to Program participants, is and will also be subject to separate official rules and terms (“Official Rules”), which will be posted in the promotional materials during the applicable promotion period, and which will govern each such promotion. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms, these Terms and Conditions will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, and Princess’ Passage Contract and you accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of any traveling companions, users of any service purchased through the Program, and/or guests (including minors and those under any disability) (collectively with you, “Customers”). Additionally, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to inform all Customers of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and all the Passage Contract.
Program Eligibility
The Program is limited to designated partner organizations (“Partners”), and purchasers associated with those Partners, for cruise bookings of at least twenty (20) staterooms, but no more than ninety-nine (99) staterooms, on cruises sailing from three (3) to twenty-four (24) days. Purchasers must also be legal residents of the United States or Canada.
Group Representatives
Each group cruise booking through the Program must be represented by a group leader (“Group Representative”). By participating in the Program, the Customers authorize the Group Representative to make all group decisions including dining preferences and arrangements, and how the group will use the benefits provided to the group through the Program.
Program Pricing
The Program group cruise fares include Princess Plus., Princess Plus includes select drinks, Wi-Fi and crew appreciation. See the Princess Plus package description for more information. Prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise noted, cruise fares are in U.S. dollars. Onboard Credits, where applicable, are considered part of the Program group cruise fares. Passengers who qualify for and accept promotional fares may not combine them with Program group cruise fares, including Onboard Credits.
Group Benefits
Subject to availability each Customer who sails as part of a group cruise through the Program may receive the following benefits:

- $50 USD per person onboard credit (for up to 2 persons per stateroom) is included in the cruise fare as part of the Princess Plus package
- Welcome letter from the onboard hotel general manager
- Group events, which may be a welcome event, farewell event, or wine tasting, as selected by the Group Representative and based on the group’s selected itinerary
- Group dining in a main dining room at the same time each night, chosen by the Group Representative
- Meet with ship staff, which may include a ship officer
- Behind the scenes tour (the type of tour varies by ship and by the specific cruise)

- A room credit of up to $150 USD per booked stateroom for the Group Representative’s group, depending on the category of each stateroom booking. The maximum amount of room credit that will be provided is limited to the cost of the base cruise fare, excluding taxes, fees, and port expenses. Group Representatives may alternatively elect to forego this room credit and instead have each booked stateroom receive an Onboard Credit that will vary based upon the category of each stateroom.
- Group Representative benefits may vary depending on the Partner.
While we strive to ensure that the group and Group Representative benefits listed above are delivered, limited availability, inclement weather, shipboard emergencies, availability of officers, changing itineraries, and other events or circumstances beyond our control may cause group benefits to be unavailable. The onboard groups coordinator for your group will notify the Group Representative in the event any benefits are unable to be extended on your voyage.
